Situation:

• Uniquely brand Hollywood Casino Aurora as Chicagoland's premier gaming destination.
• Increase Hollywood Casino Aurora's revenue and customer base.

• Playing off the property's Hollywood theme and brand, develop a marketing campaign that appeals to customers' wants and desires.
• Introduce "Rise to Stardom" as the campaign that can be incorporated into the marketing of all the property's amenities.
• Using consistent, strategic communication - implement the campaign across all media.

Results:

• Club Hollywood and Rise to Stardom's strategic launches complimented one another so that customers associated "rising to stardom" with joining Club Hollywood. Likewise, Club Hollywood members were encouraged to visit and play more so that they could work their way up the tiers and essentially, Rise to Stardom.
• Created a visually strong, dynamic and unified campaign that will "wow" and increase visits to Hollywood Casino Aurora.
