Crystal Palms Beach Resort is the leading boutique hotel in Treasure Island, FL, the Jewel of the Gulf Beaches. The all-suite property is not aligned with any franchise brand, and therefore relies heavily on a strong web and social media image and presence to achieve its occupancy goals. Masterpiece successfully redesigned and rebuilt the Crystal Palms website, elevating the creative presentation and maximizing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) while improving site navigation. A variety of high impact social media tactics, utilizing Facebook and Yahoo Trip Advisor, were also used to help Crystal Palms exceed its occupancy and revenue objectives.
